Came in hopes of buying a car. Found a car that I liked, test drove the car and I was pleased with the vehicle. Got the paperwork to take to my bank for loan financing. Get to my bank and the loan officer tells me the car is priced way over value. She suggested that I call the car lot to ask them if they would come down on the price ($500 less) so that it would meet the banks loan guidelines. I figured it wouldn't be a problem but obviously it was because the car lot owner refused to come down on the price to make the sale. ... read more
When they started making dealerships, they didn't start with you and they won't end with you. Terrible customer service. I didn't even make it past the first phone call.
