I sat at the bar and had the best experience. Great food paired with good wine.
I'm from Toronto and come to Chicago a couple times of year for theatre and great restaurant scene. We always visit hot Chocolate for brunch or dinner. Great food. Friendly staff. Good service. A bit loud for a Sunday night dinner when trying to chat. But excellent 80's music so my husband was happy. Cheddar biscuits were delicious. Doughnuts great. Baked Alaska was terrific. Dessert is very delicious. Hot chocolate is,decadent and very rich. Noise level was a bit high but service was decent. We had 3 desserts abd one ice cream soup and one hot chocolate drink split into 2. 3 dollar surcharge (11 total). Would have been nice to know this in advance. 69 dollars total without tip. I d return for a special occasion�
Delicious grain bowl and insane hit chocolate! And marshmallows
Food, service and hot chocolate was great. My duck egg came out cold with my food though but it was still delicious.
