Chad was fantastic! Great experience with a very experienced, funny and knowledgable pilot. Even the most nervous participants seemed to really enjoy themselves.
They are friendly and very professional. Walter, our pilot had everything under control and told lots of funny stories, gave history lessons and pointed out interesting things to see. Good outdoor breakfast afterward.
We booked this ride to celebrate our friend's birthday. We got up at 4:30 am and arrived ahead of the 6am meeting time along with 7 others passengers. It was VERY disappointing that this company chose to make 11 people miss the sunrise balloon ride to wait for 2 late passengers. Captain Hee-Haw was great and saved this company from a group of very angry people! Thanks Captain!!
