Can't fairly rate them as they cancelled every day this week we were here. We saw them fly one day the entire week we were here and of course it was the day we had a prior commitment. They cancelled yesterday after we drove an hour and got to the airport. Very frustrating.
An amazing experience. So glad we did it. Also was a great pilot. He kept us safe and provided a fun and exciting adventure. Ken was our driver and he was great also.
My husband and I booked this for our Anniversary and it was an amazing experience!!! We absolutely loved it!!! Captain Tommy & The Crew were awesome and they work very hard to make this an incredible experience...so thank you!!! So glad we finally got to go Up Up And Away as we had tried 4 times before and the weather didn't want to cooperate (3 times last September & 1 a couple days prior to our flight) Well worth the wait...lucky #5 �

What great views and Tommy the pilot and Nick our driver were awesome! Great start to your day's adventures! Champagne and breakfast include in your desert landing complete with linen table covers and the cutest hot air balloon plates ever. You won't be disappointed!
The crew was professional and did a terrific job getting everything set up. Our pilot was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us a great tour with a good dose of humor. His piloting skills were outstanding and always felt in good hands. The morning ended with a wonderful champagne breakfast in the dessert. I look forward to my next trip.
