Amazing experience - all the crew were very professional, kept to a schedule and made the trip fun! Al was a great captain and Todd took very good care of us on the bus trip. He was a wealth of knowledge on ballooning and local agriculture. Breakfast in the desert was a nice surprise of quiche, cheese, apples, bread and champagne. They even had a surprise cake for us to celebrate our anniversary.
Amazing! Very professional from start to finish. Safe, comfortable and fun. Our pilot John made this the highlight of our Phoenix week!

Al, was our pilot ( very knowledgeable and funny ) and the crew was great ( fast at putting up the balloon and taking it down) we had breakfast and mimosas at the landing site, Great way to start the day
Had the time of my life. Booked a month out in advance. Al and Kyle were amazing Pilots!! I would do this again in a heart beat!
