I purchased a new door and opener about 4 months ago…at that time we were traveling between two properties. I kept getting phone calls from my neighbors telling me my new door was opening on its own. I called for service but they said I should place the opener in vacation mode whenever we left…how convenient is that…owning a new system I couldn’t use. A+ service - Snapped a cable / spring unexpectedly, called H&A late afternoon on a Wednesday based on reviews... Drew showed up Thursday morning, super nice dude and very knowledgeable - explained what happened, got right to work and had me back up and running in sub-45 mins.
