Talk about customer service! I had to call today to get a color match, on one of their overhead doors, for a professional painting project my company was starting tomorrow. With quite a bit effort, and a few phone calls Matthew was able to track it down for me. I appreciate his willingness to help when all I needed was information. Tells me a lot about this company!! I have an unusual building, I am building a “barndominium” as my personal vacation property for the summers. I live in Hawaii so it’s difficult to coordinate construction in Indiana. However, my salesperson Matt was very communicative throughout the process and had my unusually sized doors installed exactly as promised and on schedule. I purchased a new door and opener about 4 months ago…at that time we were traveling between two properties. I kept getting phone calls from my neighbors telling me my new door was opening on its own. I called for service but they said I should place the opener in vacation mode whenever we left…how convenient is that…owning a new system I couldn’t use.
