Over the last 20 years we have bought 4 bikes from the Hostel Shoppe and the service has been outstanding. They do have a great team assembled from the top down. We just our tandem back from the shop and it is ready to roll for the year. They fixed only what needed repair. They do go the extra mile to make it right. While visiting town on business, I was referred to the shop to rent a fat bike for a little winter fun. Scott really hooked me up. Since I was travelling and didnt have all my gear, he let me borrow a helmet and multi-tool, and invited me to a race the next day. He was the race organiser but took the time to find me and brought a slew of gear for me to use during the race. He clearly has a big passion for cycling and shows it in how he treats his customers. Awesome customer service! Purchased my Catrike Expedition a week ago and picked it up yesterday. The two people who worked closely with me during the purchase and pickup of my trike were Jake and Scott. They were both amazing to work with and very helpful and sincere. I enjoyed my first ride yesterday on the Green Circle Trail. I can't wait to come back and ride more of the trail next time.
