Reasons to shop there - knowledgeable and friendly staff, deep product lines, and integrity. I've purchased things from The Hostel Shoppe since 2007 or so, speaking with both Ann and Jessi at times, and stopped in yesterday while driving home from Minneapolis, driving a bit out of my way to do it. The entire staff was so helpful when I was purchasing my trike; from test ride, discussing specs, helping me determine the right accessories for my aftermarket motor plans, to installing the clips on my new shoes, they did everything! Jessie was especially helpful throughout the whole process! After 6 years of hemming and hawing over buying a trike and all the research, purchasing from Hostel Shoppe was a breeze. Thanks!
They were awesome. My bike broke down and they were able to check it out that day at my convenience. It didn't take them long to figure out the issue. They ordered the necessary parts they did not have it in stock. After a couple days, I had what felt like a brand new bike at a very affordable cost.
