cook food the way it's to be cooked
They had special on the sign for 9.99 then charged 14.99. When approached waitress about it we was told they made a mistake and would have to pay $14.99. When asked to speak to manager . The manager did not come but took $2 off the bill. The waitress was rude shaking her head and rolling her eyes. When we paid the the bill they only gave us dollars back and not the change. Bought gift cards for Christmas and received a card for a free burger and fries, thought that was great, except no one said anything about the cards being good only from Dec. 26 to Jan 10, only 15 Days. Guess they figured people would be so busy and not look at them like I did. Great business move!
Thanks so much for our free Veteran's Day lunch. We enjoyed the food, the waitress was amazing and we heard stories from several vets!! So much fun. One man told us that he'd met his wife 79 years ago, then he chuckled and said "I chased her until she caught me!" So wonderful to see their love for each other. So hats off to Hoss's for good food and creating community! We'll be back!
I have noticed that some of the hot dishes on the bar were not hot-- more like warm. That was a concern to me for health purposes. I was with the understanding that the temperature of the food was checked periodically. Other than that, your service is good, and your dinners are very good.
Brought my daughter here for dinner last night and had a great meal! Service was great, and for the amount of times I have eaten at this location, I can honestly say I was super impressed with the salad bar. Everything was really fresh, crisp, and clean! Linzi (waitress), Brandyn (salad bar attendant), and Tori were exceptional!! Hoss-ome job!
