We have always loved Hoss’s. The Duncansville PA Hoss’s is close to us. The last few times we have been there the steaks are horrible. They are tough and don’t even taste like steaks. Why they would take one of their most favorite steaks off the menu and replace it with a low quality steak is something I don’t understand. The Burgandy Steak was always tender and so tasty. Thank you Hoss's for fitting in our large party last minute. After a loss in the family, you went out of your way to make sure everyone was taken care of and we could have a separate room to be with each other.
My order came 10 minutes after everyone else at my table, and my steak was not cooked to medium well. Apparently their dishwasher broke which was the reason MY food, nobody else at the table, was late. I thought Hoss’s prepared their steak on a grill not in a dishwasher?
Bought gift cards for Christmas and received a card for a free burger and fries, thought that was great, except no one said anything about the cards being good only from Dec. 26 to Jan 10, only 15 Days. Guess they figured people would be so busy and not look at them like I did. Great business move!
Brought my daughter here for dinner last night and had a great meal! Service was great, and for the amount of times I have eaten at this location, I can honestly say I was super impressed with the salad bar. Everything was really fresh, crisp, and clean! Linzi (waitress), Brandyn (salad bar attendant), and Tori were exceptional!! Hoss-ome job!
We went to Hoss's in support of the Weaver Family--the crowds were huge and made us so happy to see all the support! The staff did an excellent job and the food was great. Thank-you for your kindness.
