We’ve been with hoss since about 1995 we’ve never had any problems until recently, our trash never gets picked up on our scheduled day, sometimes it don’t get picked up at all, when I call there’s always an excuse why they aren’t picking up, trucks are broke down, no driver, driver running late etc. I’ve called to get a new can as mine is cracked, I’ve not gotten my replacement can and next month will be a year since the initial call. seriously considering switching companies.... very disappointed �

Have always been a good company up until about 3 months ago. Now every week is the same old story. Trucks broke down, problems at transfer station, blah blah blah blah. Last week's Wednesday pick up didn't occur until Saturday afternoon. If it doesn't improve soon we will be switching services.

The last month our trash has not been picked up on the normal delivery day each week. What is going on???

Hello, this is the Chevron in Eureka, you guys are continually missing your pick up days... our dumpster is overflowing!
