Called Hospitality due to my AC not working. They were able to get me a tech out the same day. The first tech was wonderful, but unfortunately his service did not fix our problem. Called in, got another tech that night around 10pm. He replaced another part and two hours later (Midnight) he said everything was working. Worst HVAC company ever! I was forced to use this company through American Home Shield. AC was not putting out cool air, when the technician arrived he had a poor attitude and did not want to discuss what was going on. He check the pressures and claimed the unit was low on freon. He added more and charged us $200.00. 30 days later the unit stopped working all together and I called another company (Trustworthy) who told us that the compressor had been overcharged with freon and sure enough it had blown up.
