RecommendedThe best ER we’ve ever experienced hands down. We ended up there three days in a row, for different family members and different issues, and they were just amazing. From the moment you walk in the staff is friendly and ready to assist you! Wait time is little to none! Nurse and doctor are very professional and attentive! We had an excellent experience here with my little man and would recommend this urgent care to anyone!!!

RecommendedThe entire staff could write a book on great hospitality, but I had the most face to face time with Helen. I came in crying, in the worst pain I’d ever felt in my 21 years, and left laughing and smiling and I owe it all to nurse Helen. She knew exactly how to get me on the mend, quick, and her bedside manor is unmatched. Can’t say I necessarily want to be in a position where I have to go back here, but if I do, I know for certain I’ll be in the best, kindest hands.
RecommendedWell, it happened. I was sick and had to be seen. I thought about staying near home bc I felt so awful but knew I would get amazing care at #HHER in #Galveston so drove 1 hour 15 mins (worth every second of discomfort) to Hospitality. RecommendedUnexpected ER visits happen. This was our second visit to Hospitality ER, one for my 3 year old one for my wife. Everyone is amazing and we had the fortune to have nurse Helen on both occasions. UTMB is our primary healthcare facility, but for emergent care this is our go to. I know if it is major trauma, to head to UTMB, but Hospitality is just amazing for above urgent care/emergent care.
RecommendedI visited a few days ago after a run in with a stingray. When we pulled up, a wheel chair seemed to just appear, check in took only a few minutes & I was whisked to the back. After a few questions, my foot went into a bath of hot water & the IV was completely painless. Relief in seconds. These people were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They were so caring, friendly & down to earth. If you are in Galveston & in need of emergency care, do not hesitate to go to this ER, you will receive the best care.
Today I had to make a unexpected visit to the er today my first time going it was wonderful the Er is beautiful and the staff was so wonderful very friendly and very helpful and I also was giving gifts thank you so much for making me feel better i’m definitely won’t be visiting UTMB anymore I will be coming back to Y’all
