RecommendedWe had a friend share her positive experience with Hospitality ER a few months ago with us. Unfortunately, I experienced a dog bite to the face on Christmas Eve around 11:00 p.m. We were met with the most compassionate staff; especially, Helen the Registered Nurse who took care of me. We were in and out in about an hour an 1/2 and just could not believe the care we received! I'm extremely grateful!
RecommendedThe best experience. Walked in with my husband and 2 kids to all be seen for possible flu while on our Christmas vacation. The staff was super friendly and very courteous as well as the officer on duty. Saw the dr before we even had the paperwork completed. The waiting room was beautifully decorated and they offered complimentary snacks and drinks while we waited. You never want to be sick while on vacation but if you are this is the place to go.
I was told what I paid was all I would have to pay, then get a bill 6months later for over $2000..... This issue has now been resolved due to me posting a review..... I appreciate Caytlyn contacting me to let me know it was an error on their part

RecommendedMy daughter Kylie Arms, talked about Hospitality Health ER, that y’all came to Parker School where she teaches, how warm wonderful and welcoming that y’all made everyone feel so good, not to mention the free ice cream truck that y’all brought along with y’all! So when I got so sick, she told me this was the ER, I had to go to! I had no idea, how giving, warm and absolutely no wait time, with such thorough care so great y’all could make someone feel so good, when you feel so bad! RecommendedHospitality is the #1 thing they offer! We came in about 11 am and from the time you walk in you feel like your cared for .We were called right back my husband had severe leg pain so we had a CT scan and ultrasound done ON SITE to rule out DVT .Because we were there awhile with the boys they offered to buy pizza for dinner. Although we didnt get out of there until 8 it didn’t feel that long. They are very thorough and caring! Thank You! Guys!!
RecommendedBest experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Staff is is super friendly as if you were family. Even with my bad attitude because of the pain they still treating me like a rock star.
RecommendedI've never been to any medical facility where I was treated as well as I was at Hospitality Heath ER in Galveston! The facility is super nice with top notch equipment and the staff to match it! I highly recommend this business for any medical need that a person might have. As it turned out, I needed hospitalization and they were able to do a direct admit to UTMB hospital. Special shout out to Helen, Maribel, Didio, and Dr. Kermann! I cannot thank them enough!!! ❤❤❤
