We were initially referred to Alex & HC for by our venue for halal & South Asian cuisine, but Alex & the chefs, worked with us to create absolute magic. He custom tailored a menu that tied our cultural heritage to the cities we grew up in, beautifully marrying 4-5 different cuisines into the most succulent fusion dishes! Catherine, Alex and the entire H&C team were amazing! From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly — they made it feel effortless. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service team was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared that guests were happy. Every detail was thought through, and their communication throughout the process was outstanding. It’s rare to find a team that combines great food, flawless organization, and such heart in what they do. I’d work with them again in a heartbeat.
It's always such a pleasure working with H&C. Their menu creations and presentation of food is always so elegant no matter the budget. Wow, wow, wow. Had the pleasure of working with H&C to cater our wedding at Vizcaya. H&C knocked it out of the park. Food is excellent, served hot, timely, and beautifully. Most importantly, this team has achieved putting together a wonderful staff of great people. Alex and Julieta, thank you for a wonderful experience. If you are considering H&C do it. add in the VIP waitress if able, Beatriz took so much care in her work. Excellent, excellent excellent.
This catering company did a fantastic job providing light bites for a wine tasting I hosted at my home for around 50 people. The food was great, the presentation was elegant, and the service was seamless and professional. It truly elevated the entire event — highly recommend.
