I was a customer for 20 years, however things have changed. The service is longer what it use to be. I left one of my dogs for boarding as I usually do. When asked if I wanted to bath him I said no, since its $50.00. When I asked them to give a credit , they said no because it was part of the boarding. I asked them, then why do you always ask me, if its part of the boarding. They never gave me the credit (its a matter of Principal) and so I decided to leave them after 20 years.
