Received a bill for the first time for a procedure that happened 18 months ago...and bill said I had an outstanding balance..but didn't list what for. Very unprofessional. And difficult to resolve on the phone.
Online portal stopped accepting payments and we stopped receiving bills. Debt Collector got a hold of us. Turns out office didn't bother to update address information. Communication and healthcare have been on a downward slope in this country for years now.
