As a nurse at different facility that sees a lot of the same patients that are seen at St. Raph's, this hospital's desk staff is terrible. I can't tell you how many times I have called in regard to patient care and have been hung up on simply because they don't want to do the job they're being paid to do. Additionally, when I am able to get through to someone, they are usually rude and condescending. Do better Yale.
Terrible experience with in-house medical staff. Too many docs making decisions and nothing gets done. I will never go to a Yale Facility. Changed all my docs to Hartford Healthcare. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!
