I went there to get 2 exam table and they gave a price for 700 each and then they emailed me saying the made a mistake on the price and I’ll never go back there again the worst service unprofessional people that works there I don’t recommend them to anyone
As much as I tried to be a paying customer of this company, Gloria just would not let me buy from them as she would not call me back to answer my questions and get important info back to me. So technically, I am not a customer of this company but I did call multiple times to find out more info on a bed, shipping details, etc. I was a very serious buyer and did a lot of research on the very expensive refurbished ICU bed I wanted to get my medically fragile daughter. I needed to purchase a hospital bed for my MIL. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The bed is hospital quality at an affordable price. Communication was excellent. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery men were super polite. Thank you! They also have a location off Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, VA.
SCAMMERS!! Horrible place to buy a hospital bed for my grandparents! I had a 'Service Required' light pop up on my grandparents total care Hill-rom and when I called this place to send a technician since I purchased the bed from them, they told me that my insurance was expired and it would cost more to repair. I paid over $2,000 for the longest insurance plan and it only was a year worth. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!
