As a death care worker myself, I couldn't speak more highly of this place. The nurses, psws, volunteers and workers there are all exceptional. While you are there, they treat you as if you're there own family. Angelica was my our nurse who made our grandfather's pronouncement, and she'd been there the entire experience. She, along with the rest of the nursing and PSW staff, were always professional, kind, caring and attentive. The way they operate and their goal is to have a person die and the sooner the better. The sooner they let them die, they get money for it. If you are into euthanizing that's way to go. Unfortunately doctors don't explain this aspect clear enough. You pretty stable loved one will be brought there only to deteriorate a day or two later. In my opinion that is not dignity as they claim. Terrible experience, the stronger your loved ones heart the more they make them suffer and expose to stronger meds so they die. Be careful.
