Our mother spent the last 2 weeks of her life on this wonderful hospice service. They spent countless hours during that time talking with and supporting our family. Nurses came out very frequently. There was a quick call back when I called the office. The day before my mother died, the nurse stayed with my mother for 2 hours to make sure she had enough medication in her system to be pain-free. Both Rachel and Sheena were exceptional nurses in their warmth, patience and support. I recommend them HIGHLY.
We give this agency ZERO stars. Our experience was traumatic - the nurse that came into our home administered medication to our mother without written consent. She told us, "I don't think your mother is dying...she will bounce back in a couple of days ...she will be better in two weeks". Our mother died 5 days later.
Great services to our patients, families and friends. Best of the best.
