I have waited to write this review. It has now been 3 months since my mom has passed. I actually chose this company versus Novant. My mom’s doctor wanted me to “stay in the system”. My dad passed 12 days before my mom. I can’t recommend this company. My sister and I cared for my mom at home. This company did not support us at all. When my mom passed, all our nurse had to say was the he “concurred” and told us not to take too long because he has seen bodies decompose quickly. We were family centric in our ability to aid but Hospice services helped keep us moving forward and helping a family member through their last months. We even had to trigger a respite option when family care had instability. The care, support, and coordination they helped us through from management, nurses, to social workers, were invaluable. Thank you for everything.
