I was so surprised to find bad reviews of this company, my experience has been nothing short of a miracle. My father is in the end stages of Alzheimers, and from the moment the first VIA staff member came to our home, they have been so incredibly helpful, particularly to me as a caregiver. Supplies, support, friendship, empathy, and resources have been offered readily, and I can't imagine going through all of this without them. The VIA hospice team was amazing at caring for my Mom in her last days. Every single person-nurses, Chaplin, social worker etc. were so kind. They communicated to me regularly about the status of my Mom and the care she was getting-I knew that she was peaceful and getting the highest level of care. After she passed, they continued to reach out to provide support to our family. I highly recommend VIA and thank them for making a very difficult time just a bit easier.
I wanted to say THANK YOU for caring for my mother in her final days here on hearth. The nursing, CNA and NP team was professional, caring and compassionate. Your place was truly a blessing for us. Thank you again for all you do and may God bless you.
