I am so grateful for the kindness and compassion VIA Health gave our family during my father's final days. After the chaos of being in the hospital for almost six weeks, it was nice to spend time together in a quiet and peaceful environment. VIA Health Partners was there when I needed them most. My mom was an assisted living resident of Waltonwood-Cotswold. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2023 she was hospitalized 3 separate times. She was 92 and had contracted COVID for the first time in the midst of those hospitalizations. She also had advanced COPD which made things even more complicated. We are so thankful VIA Health Partners was there to help provide care to my mother during her last few weeks of illness. Even though my mother was very reluctant to use hospice care, she quickly changed her mind once she met her hospice nurse. Her nurse was kind and compassionate, and patiently answered any questions and concerns she had. This made a significant positive impact on her quality of life.
