We like this store. It always has an assortment of things. You never know what you may find. It is well organized and prices are reasonable. The staff is nice too!
beware of the manager. i believe her name is regina or gina i’m not sure but i spent 30 minutes in this store and listened to her be absolutely nasty to three separate people. if don’t know the price of something, she will talk down at you and treat you like trash. she was never rude to me personally but watching her interact with the other customers was horrible to watch. it’s astonishing that this women even has a job in customer service or a manager position. the prices were good and the young man at the register was very... read more
This is such a worthy cause and I have donated thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. However, the last several times I have dropped off donations, I have been greeted with rude workers who have acted like I was putting them out. The workers represent Hospice Care by agreeing to volunteer. As a customer who donates, I should feel like my donation is appreciated. Maybe it's time to look at who is working at the store.
My wife had surgery. They treated me very well and offered cheap prices on equipment so I could take care of her. Eventually Medicare gave some new stuff and was glad to give stuff back. These people are there for a good cause, please respect that.
Prices were quite high on clothing . Not as bad as Goodwill but definitely up there. A tshirt was 5$.
