Every experience I have had with Sutter Care at Home has been excellent. Susan G. came to my home today, Sunday, because I had an urgent problem. She was extremely professional and kind. Susan solved my medical issue within minutes. She is an outstanding nurse with great knowledge. I am so fortunate that Susan was available to help me out today. Thank you.
My Hospice Of The Valley team was essential to keep my husband from deteriorating quickly at a terrible SNF in San Jose for five long months until I was able to transfer him to a really good one in San Francisco. Thank you, Ernesto, Pedro, his aide Christina, Chaplain Bruce, and my husband’s wonderful volunteer Rex.
Oh my goodness, I cannot speak highly enough of every single person we have come in contact with in this company. Queenie was the person who helped us get started & she could not have been any more helpful and thorough & patient! I highly recommend this company for their helpful services and wonderful employees. My mom was recently moved to home hospice and they have been absolutely amazing. She desperately wanted to be home as soon as possible. I talked with someone on Sunday and they helped me make that happen by Monday afternoon, coordinating delivery of all essential equipment, medication, and ambulance transportation of my mom as well.
