This place has the rudest receptionist and nurse! You would think at a time like this they would be there and show compassionate towards the families but they are so unconsiderate and rude! Granite there have been a couple that have been super....but the ones she had this past weekend...do not need to work in this field!
Please don’t send your loved ones here it has been a nightmare, the nurses and receptionist that my Aunt has have been so rude to our family and treated us like complete garbage. Wouldn’t even allow a disabled family member to take his medicine. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE‼️
9n September 6th, 2019 my Mama passed on to Heaven. we were able to keep her at home with the awesome staff at Hospice of the Upstate. in Anderson. They were there for us no matter what the time or day an we couldn't of done it without them. They helped us keep her comfortable an updated on any thing they seen decline from day to day. My mind is blank on her nurses names but i just can't think of them. Since when is it ok for caretakers to take their patients (wife’s)morphine (AND he admitted it to her nurse!) ??? Is this not concerning to Hospice at all? It’s VERY concerning to me considering its my sister! Someone like this does NOT need to be in charge of any medication PERIOD!
The compassion and kindness the Rainey Hospice House showed my mother in her last days was unbelievable. They were so honest with us about my mom’s condition and let us know that they would do whatever they had to to make her comfortable and peaceful! We felt so at ease when we couldn’t be there and knew she was in their care. The nurses, nursing assistants and other staff there made us feel right at home! This was definitely the best decision we made for my mom! Thank you to all the staff!
