Useless if your loved one doesn’t schedule their death to the schedule these people work on. Our Dad needed hospice on a *Thursday* afternoon. We couldn’t reach these people until Friday. They insisted they could only “schedule a call” for the following Monday. Help, then, would be no sooner than the following Tuesday. My Dad died on Sunday.
