I can't say enough good about this place, they have not only taken care of my dad but they have accommodated our whole family! I highly recommend this facility!! This is a beautiful facility and AMAZING staff!!
Called my doctor on a Friday afternoon, we had a hospice nurse visit that day, two more visits over the weekend, and several check-ins by phone. My mom is so amazed at the kindness she's been shown, and the array of services they offer. The best part is that she can remain in her home, and get the care she needs where she is. Thank you to the wonderful nurses and support staff, you'll never know how much it means to my mother and me!
I only had contact with Hospice House, not the home based Hospice care, but I can say that my mother's end was very drawn out and in many ways torturous. That being said, her being at Hospice House is a blessing I can never fully explain. The place itself is immaculate and comfortable, each and every staff member was compassionate and helpful, and they helped my mother be as pain free as they possibly could. I will always donate my unwanted clothes and household items to the Hospice thrift store in Coeur d'alene from now on.... read more
I could never say enough good things about Hospice of North Idaho.
The hospice in Spokane is much better more family friendly, the nurses acted put out whem asked a qustion, we were never asked if we needed anything after several hours of being there not one person walked into the room. In spokane they have a coffeecart amd ask rigjt aay if you need anything we were never asked and we spent the night . I expected more
