First off let me tell you I hate the dentist. The whole thought gives me anxiety, people in my mouth, pain, and the sounds are horrendous. so I go to this apt after not being at the dentist for several years. I'm only coming in to see about getting the pain relieved in my mouth that is causing migraines and horrible pain. Dr Win and staff are awesome!
Not only was the procedure was physically painless, the attitude of the staff made the experience almost enjoyable (As enjoyable as a trip to the dentist can be-HA). Additionally, the staff asked me if I wanted to pay my bill in two payments, because it was a large amount. While unnecessary, the offer was greatly appreciated. Also, due to the fact that I don't have dental insurance, I was given a discount on the final total of my bill.
Being 87 years old, I am appreciative of the fact that Dr. Nguyen is a good dentist, respectful and considerate
