My mother passed away July 2nd in her daughters home surrounded be her family and at total peace. She was on Hospice for 3 years, a long time for this organization but she had complicated special needs and so did the family. We had our bumps in the road with Hospice but once we got the right people on board, we were like a team. They sent an aide whose name is Mary to our home every day to care for her, bathe her and make her meals. Words cannot describe what a wonderful and caring person Mary is. I want to extend a warm thank you to all the staff at Hospice. Everyone was very gentle, attentive, and compassionate with my husband's care.
Embarrassingly bad. Inexperienced staff. Poor communication. Shocking.
Words can never express how wonderful this organization is. I am so grateful for all their help these last 3 weeks with my mother. Don't know what we would have done with out them.
