I can't say enough complimentary things about Hospice Niagara. The entire staff is so incredibly competent, caring and loving. They treat everyone in their care as if they were treating their own family member. They also show the same compassion to the family members who come to visit. This is an incredible facility filled with remarkable people. If anyone has any doubts or concerns about a loved one going there then rest assured - I don't believe that they could possibly get better care anywhere else.
The care that my stepdad received during his short stay at this amazing place was beyond exemplary! The staff was so caring and compassionate not just to him but to our family. Thank you to all the nurses and staff for everything you do!!!
The care that was given to our son-in-law was incredible!! But what was really impressive was what happened after he died. The body was brought out in the hallway and ALL the staff spent 5 or 10 minutes honoring him. It was a very touching moment given to our daughter and her husband!!!
I will cherish this place, and all of the staff in my heart forever.
