My mother was checking into Hospice House and lived there for three days. Hospice House is a home for those who temporarily reside there and for their families and friends. It is made a home by the incredibly caring and gentle staff and volunteers. It is warm and inviting, quiet yet feels comforting. Staff and volunteers are kind, helpful, supportive, and attentive to the needs of both the residents and their network in attendance. My family chose Hospice House when my grandfather was put on hospice. He had a complicated case and they were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Visitation times were generous, and staff was very courteous. The facility is top of the line. It was very comforting knowing that chaplains were available for conversations with my grandfather and with the family.
