Great experience working here and seeing what everyone does here! I had the opportunity to follow a CNA, RN, Social Worker, and Chaplain at this branch and they were all wonderful. Such a blessing to share in that experience during that special time in someone’s life. Very grateful I get to be a part of it.
This organization let us down when we needed them most. Constant excuses regarding lack of help. Not enough staff blamed on vacations and sickness. There are NO excuses for lack of care when they claim to “be there” when needed.
Five star only because ten stars was not an option. There are services that help us come in to this world and there are those who help us when we are leaving. All the staff from HFC were far superior than any medical services one xould receive. I want to give special mention to nurse Glory who really was a tender professional and was such a loving help. There seems to be a lack of communication between everyone there and we had a couple nurses put us on the back burner. For example, our nurse was supposed to bring a urinal to help my dad from having to get out of bed and she never showed up or called. That night my dad had a bad fall that could have been avoided. The next day she told us she should have come but her son ... read more
