Unfortunately we had to come here, and we couldn’t be more pleased with this facility. The working staff is caring , knowledgeable and understanding.The facilities are nice and the rooms are clean. Couldn’t ask for a better experience during a difficult time.
I am truly grateful for the services, facilities and ministries provided through Hospice and Community Care. My father and our family were blessed to spend his last days in the hospice house. The staff and facilities provided physical and emotional comfort to all of us. We all were treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Hospice and Community Care is the best. They not only do they provide in home hospice and palliative care - they have a beautiful hospice house and also a Caring Closet with equipment and supplies at no charge to families. The care and administration staff are professional and compassionate. Communication with the family was exceptional. We love our Hospice and Community Care family. We are currently at Wayne T Patrick hospice house for our 2nd stay. My husband has terminal Pancreatic Cancer, which is a beast of a disease. They have worked diligently alongside of us to keep him as comfortable as possible so he can have as much quality of life as possible with us until God calls him home. The whole team is amazing!!!
