Of Hospice and Community Care, I will say, there are better choices! These comments are specifically directed toward H&CC management, not the caregivers. My terminally ill husband was diagnosed by H&CC’s affiliate, LGH Penn Medicine. After less than 1-year of providing limited care, they discharged my husband stopping nursing care and medication aid. They exude care, concern and compassion. They were a great comfort and help in a difficult time.
the nurses were very attentive to my mom and did everything to stay on top of keeping her comfortable as possible through her final days while also keeping our family well educated on what was happening ..thank you for all that you did for caring for my mom
