Hospice Care Options was a blessing to our Mother Nellie Hencley and a blessing to the family . We was with them for 1 year. All the employees was loved by her and the family. If they sent someone she didn't like, she didn't hesitate to tell them. We highly recommend Hospice Care Options to anyone who has a need for them. They was a great help to her and the family.
Using Hospice Care Options for my loved one was a blessing to our family. From nursing visits, to personal aide visits, to social worker visits, to chaplain visits, each person that came in to our home cared for and about us. And I had the assurance that help was nearby if we had a need. If your family is considering Hospice care for a family member, I highly recommend Hospice Care Options.
When my husband went on Hospice, I didn't know what to do. I had no one local I could turn to, who I could talk with, I felt so alone and afraid. Neither Jim nor I wanted him to be in a facility, I wanted him at home. The Hospice Staff was wonderful from the first person I spoke with to the nurses who helped care for Jim. My 5 star rating is based on our interaction with our main nurse Shanika Vickers and the chaplain, Lisa Johnson. Shanika was very caring and committed to helping us through this process. Lisa is truly a Godsend. She was crucial to both my and my husband’s wellbeing during this very difficult time, and continues to be available to me now. My husband was under their care for 3 months and we couldn’t ask for better understanding and care. Chaplin Lisa was so sweet and prayed the most loving prayers for our specific needs. All the nurses were great and treated Jack as family. Every one of his needs were met by all the staff especially towards the end.
