I agree with a previous review. When my beloved grandmother first went into hospice it was good. Nurse I believe his name was David seemed very caring of not only my grandmother but myself as well. My grandmother passed away at 3am so the on call nurse came to declare her deceased. I have never seen or heard from her nurse David again. Not a card, phone call, NOTHING. of course they have a chaplain who reached out and send letters. But to not hear anything from her actual nurse once she passed was very hurtful.
