This may be a bit dramatic - but today - my experience with service from Toyota, and specifically, Bryan M and his crew, was so positive - it reminded me why I bring my Lexus to your dealership. This reminder has now convinced me to buy a new Toyota or Lexus - and the determining factor was being sure I could keep my service with your team.
