Bad experience with this company instead of a trying to help the client that has major health problems , Norma took it into her own hands to get my mothers hours cut which didn’t work. Very unprofessional and don’t understand the needs of the elderly & disabled. Instead of working together to help the best interests of my mom even though we supposedly had good communication she took it upon herself to prove a point. Which didn’t work. I’d advise not to use this company for provider services.
