I have been renting from this company for about 2 years, and I've had nothing but great experiences. Anytime I had any issues in regard to maintenance, it was fixed by or before the next business day. Also, the landlord does respond to any concerns I've had in a timely manner.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU MAKE A CONSCIOUS DECISION IN RENTING WITH THESE RIP OFFS! I AM A FORMER TENANT!!! I SIGNED A ONE YR LEASE. HAD TO PAY A DOUBLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IN WHICH THE OWNER ADDED A LEASE ADDENDUM WHICH FORCED ME TO PAY A NON REFUNDABLE MOVE IN FEE PLUS A REGULAR SECURITY DEPOSIT. HE PLAYED AROUND WITH THE VERBIAGE-HAD I KNOWN THAT PAYING BOTH A MOVE IN FEE PLUS A SECURITY DEPOSIT IS HIGHLY FROWNED UPON I WOULD HAVE NEVER SIGNED IT.
