Just under four years ago, Horvath installed the septic system for us on a new build. When I called Tim, he was blunt, but agreed to come out and take care of the problem. Weeks later he came out once, and this is what I’m left with. As of 12/04 I found out I have to have the “box” dug up and may have major problems. I’ve called an attorney, what a shame to have to because of poor workmanship and Horvath’s lack of responsibility.
