I called Horts and it was arranged for Chris Gibson to visit. Chris made an appointment for the very next morning to carry out a valuation of my home. Chris arrived promptly and was kind, compassionate and respectful. The process of the valuation was explained to me, then Chris proceeded to work through each room of my home, it was a very positive experience.
