Their machines are down completely understandable but a cashier made an error and blamed it on us, we were willing to pay and the manager who started out incredibly nice offered to comp the meal due to the misunderstanding, after all was said and done he started to insinuate we just wanted free food after waiting an hour and and fifteen minutes to even call and check....never again I hope you show your true colors to everyone, as an owner even if you have a stressful situation such as no register your supposed to know how to... read more

I think it is clear from this review, but it seems like you want to argue and miss huge points in this story. 1st point missed: We couldn’t process your credit card because our register went down. When our register went down, you told my cashier that you didn’t have any other way to pay for the order, so we were left with not making it for you. I've been ordering Horton's for years now. Apparently today the owner Michael decided I was not worth his business. Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery and an hour and a half later I call to see if there was a problem. Turns out the order never got put in because they were having register errors. Michael apologized and said he would make it then at no charge.
