they charged me twice and refuse to give me my money even though I had proof they took it out twice
I placed an online order over an hour and a half ago for delivery, my card was charged... STILL NO FOOD!! I have tried to call no answer... PISSED!!!
I ordered delivery. My food took an hour and 15 minutes to finally get to my door. My waffle fries were hard, I asked for no ice in my drink and they filled the cup to the top with ice. I called the next day to get new fresh food & was denied my request. I've always ordered from here, but after not replacing food that I threw away I was upset. 🤷♀️

if your going to have online ordering you need to pay attention to when they come in. I placed an order for pick up and it wasn't noticed until i got here 30 minutes later. then they tell me oh well they'll message you when to be here and itll be about 30 minutes. lady you didn't even notice you got the order until I got here so don't tell me it's my fault that I'm here early. SOOO ANNOYED!!
Great pizza, but the most unprofessional staff ever! Called at 8:32 pm last night and was informed they close in 5 minutes. 8:37 pm is new to me. This is not the first unpleasant experience here. Your only as good as your employees, and this one in particular was unprofessional and hateful.
This pizza has more toppings (at least 50% more) than any of their competitors. Because of this you can feed more people with each pizza compared to the other guys. They make their dough daily and most of their toppings are also prepared daily. Their competitors like to sell you a frozen pizza crust topped with frozen ingredients. So if you want true fresh made pizza, this is really the only place in town.
We usually order pizza from here 3-4 times a month.. Last time we had an incident and they reached out to us to make it right.. Horton's really cares about their customers and great customer service.. Thanks Michael
