I’ve been looking for a mechanic the takes pride into their work and services that’s been provided. In Horton Garage Indy definitely gave me what I been look for in a mechanic! I called told Mr Jame my problem the best way I could but it was only best I tow my vehicle to the shop to get diagnosed properly. James did an excellent job on my Buick! He was quick and cheap! Highly recommend!
James is an incredible, fair, and honest business owner. He diagnosed the problem with my car and talked me through all of my options that are best for me and warranties going forward. This man even offered to pick me up from the place I had to take my car and drop me back off in my neighborhood. Nowadays you dont find this type of mechanic that often. I will suggest him to anyone I know that needs their car worked on that is for sure! Thank you James!
We live out of town and had a dealership take an SUV we are looking at to James for a pre-purchase inspection and we were very happy with his thoroughness and communication. He really went above and beyond to give us a good sense of the issues with the vehicle. Would highly recommend this shop. A+++
