This shop deserves all the love, James and Sean are down to earth, no bullshit guys who are great mechanics and build trust through education. I brought my 2011 JK to them for a full front end/suspension rebuild. James talked through everything he thought would be needed and why. They went over and above with making sure the Jeep was in good shape. Absolutely incredible service! I was able to get my serpentine belt replaced within hours of dropping off my car for a very reasonable price. James was very kind in explaining everything to me clearly. I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I walked into the shop. I had biked over when they finished since I live in the same neighborhood as Hortons, and James even offered to help me get my car back to my house if the bike wouldn't fit in the car. I cannot recommend Hortons Garage highly enough. I was on a long road trip and needed an oil change and an AC recharge while passing through Indy. James and Shawn fit me into their schedule and went above and beyond at every step. The most helpful and friendly mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. If I was local I would not take my cars to anyone else.
One of the best auto repair experiences that I've ever experienced. Very knowledgeable, quick response, timely repair. We left confident that the car was properly repaired and in good operating condition. You get what you pay for!!
Check engine light was on and off, so we took it to Horton’s to get it checked out. They were professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. We will absolutely use them again.
