Many thanks to Randall for all his help and patience with us while we were selecting new living room and family room furniture for our new house! He even came out to our house to see if he thought the furniture we had selected would look right in our home. I have read reviews that people were not given any attention and were ignored. Well they have definitely "fixed" that problem. It is like walking in to a car dealership now! Vultures. They need to find a happy medium.
When I needed living and bedroom furniture for our new house, Randall helped me from start to finish, even coming to the house to give me advice about what pieces might work in the different rooms. He never pressured me, never tried to sell me something I didn't need, and was always pleasant to work with. And when I needed photos, he kindly took them and send them via text message. Overall, Randall made my Horton's furniture shopping experience wonderful!
I ordered a couch in early December and I still haven't received it. Early January was the target date but now they say it's mid February. Disappointed
Beautiful things nice staff. Can't do any better
Our sales person walked us around for 3 minutes and said she would come back and check on us. An hour and a half later, we were still alone. We walked by the rest of the staff sitting around talking. No one asked if we had been helped. An hour and 55 minutes later, we see our sales person sitting and giggling with another customer. We are now down the street and will hopefully find someone who will want to sell us furniture. Shopped at Horton's for years with Gretchen and have loved all my interactions and my furniture as well. They do their best to help you find just what you want. Prices and selections are great in my view.
