I had the pleasure of working with Cindy! She is honest, kind and very helpful. She was patient as I asked many questions. Steve was very helpful as well. Steve and Cindy discovered one of their price tags on the furniture was too high after I wrote the check for the furniture. Steve came out to the parking lot to catch me before I left so I could save almost $500. The delivery guys were very kind and did a fabulous job. Cindy also sent me a handwritten thank you card. Horton's was an EXCELLENT choice for my boyfriend and I. Cindy was amazing (and very patient with our indecisiveness), and really took time to show us the living room sets within our budget for our new apartment. All in all, great pieces, great prices, and great service. Very happy with our Horton's experience and we definitely will be going back in the future!
