In contrast to your mission statement … though our family has been patients of the Hortons for over 20 years no one bothered calling me back (one appt inquiry message and one online message) regarding my daughters revised dental insurance. I then physically stopped in to be advised they cannot take Delta Dental Medicare. I’m honestly not that surprised now I have an answer, but extremely disappointed in Horton DDS considering our long term relationship and lack of care or response.
Been to them since I was a child and they were always wonderful, actually improved over time as the hygenists had mostly become more gentle than when I was a kid, thankfully. But suddenly they no longer take my insurance. They did recommend an alternative dentist nearby, but that one isn't accepting new patients. They said I could pay out of pocket but it would be 100-200 $ just for a cleaning. I don't want to pay out of pocket when I do have dental insurance.
