I contacted Horst Flowers two weeks before my destination wedding to Isle of Palms. I was unhappy with the florist I had hired and in a panic found Lee Horst. I sent her pics via email, and we communicated several times over the phone. She was always prompt and pleasant with taking my calls or directly calling me back.
