I was arriving late from Houston (9:45pm). I called her and she left the door open to my cabin and was perfectly OK with me paying the next day evening. THAT is customer service!
I absolutely love horseshoe lodges the cabins are soo comfortable we traveled all day & got here n the manager was soo polite n we got to our cabin n went strait to sleep no noise or problems... myself my grandma & my kids had a wonderful sleep, the cabins are so clean...we will be coming back to stay here wen were in town for sure...
We really enjoy how peaceful it is at Horseshoe Lodges. It is so quiet, everyone we've met so far is friendly. Having the on site laundry is so nice and the staff is extremely welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here!
I really appreciate having a place like this to come to. Cool staff and peaceful environment. I would highly recommend Horseshoe Lodges to anyone in the area looking for placement. I've had zero problems out of the tenants or the staff.
Very messy rats and snakes everywhere at night. Management does not keep the lodge up. Part time maid service and it takes all day to get room cleaned. We watch the staff outside playing games all day nobody starts working until until the land owner comes out.
